On this special Founder's Edition meet three generations of Sobecks, the family behind Michigan's Chicken Shack restaurants. John and Iola Sobeck came up with the idea for an ice cream shop while on their honeymoon in the 1940s. Today the business is known for its chicken, with 19 locations throughout southeast Michigan.
