Franchise Requirement Criteria for Chicken Shack Franchisees

• Chicken Shack franchisees must have a financial minimum net worth of $750,000 of which liquid assets are not less than $250,000.
  
• The principal operator should have at least a 20% equity in the business.
  
• Training - six weeks of training is required for the principal operator and management trainees

Extensive Training

Hands-on training is a key element in ensuring that our mission of providing the very best quality food and restaurant experience for all our guests. We place an emphasis on correct food preparation procedures, guest service initiatives, register operations, financial reporting and local store marketing in the six weeks (on average) of training provided to you. The 30 day in-store training takes place in an operating Chicken Shack restaurant, giving you actual "day-to- day" experience. Seminars and monthly meetings are held to provide on-going instruction. Each franchisee learns how a store is operated in accordance with corporate standards for cleanliness, performance, quality of food, service and operational efficiency.
